I have used this program for some months and initially found it excellent. However two months ago it ceased working and despite several attempts to reactivate it, it remained unstable and after two or three days would cease working. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

From what I see on the official website, the application is still in development. However, its license is commercial, which means you will have to take advantage of the support section.
Use the following email to get in touch with the developers: [email protected]
However, if the product doesn't work anymore, you can re-install it if you have the installation package. In case you're lacking the package, the technicians will provide a new link to download it on your computer.
When will InPixio Photo Focus be compatible with Windows 10? It worked fine with Windows 8.1, but does not run at all in Windows 10.

Presently, the software works with Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows 7 (32-/64-bit), Windows Vista (32-/64-bit), Windows XP (Service Pack 3 with updates). There is no Windows 10 mentioned at this time. However, I see the product has been on an update basis which means it will probably run on Windows 10 as well.
